*~I love running this much*~ * * I am super in love with this race photo! The expression on my face wasn’t just for the photographer, I was literally that happy during my run this morning! * * The fact that I love this photo had me getting pretty emotional. 3 months ago, I would have cried about how my body looked and would have proceeded to persecute myself in order to feel better. But now, I look at that picture with so much pride and joy. In this picture, I see a woman who has overcome so much. I also see a body that can do incredible things. ~ * * Running has become such an important aspect of my life, and I truly believe that it was a factor that got me out of my depression and helped me recover from an eating disorder. Here is to the 3 month anniversary of the start of my recovery! * * I would also like to send an enormous amount of love to @mattwoodywood and the entire @runthroughuk team for everything they have done. My running career started with you. My first 5k was at Greenwich Park on February 18, 2018. And now I am training for the Wimbledon Common Half Marathon on August 5, 2018. I thank you from the bottom of my heart! ✌ #running #runner #runthroughuk #thisgirlcan #racephoto #loveforrunning #recovery #3months #irun #love #happiness #london #queenelizabethpark #5k

Still running for those who can’t . . Safe to say I’ve got the running bug! One week after #londonmarathon I managed a 39.50 5km was tough seeing people go faster but I listened to my body and ran my own race. Proud. And what a lovely place to run Queen Elizabeth Olympic park is!! . . My @rnibuk page is still open for donations so if you haven’t sponsored me or have been inspired by my journey I’d love for you to help me get to target and help as many blind and partially sighted people as possible link in bio . . #runthroughuk #spiritoflondon #teamrnib #fitspo #fitstagram #mentalhealthawareness #fitnessjourney #girlswholift #charity #gymshark #gymsharkwomen #fundraising #fitness #running #run #motivation #instarunners #runnersofinstagram #fitfamuk #runchat #squats #girlswhosquat #thisgirlcan #strongnotskinny #marathon #runnersworld #goals #runnersworld #exercise #glendarunslondom
