First race of 2020. Revisiting 10k at the Olympic Park where I achieved a PB in June 2019 of 55:53. Completed it in 58:14, only 2:21 slower than my PB, but so much better than my last three 10k races of 2019. I didn’t push myself too hard as it’s only week 1 of my 12 week half marathon training plan, and I have the London Winter Run next month, so I didn’t want to risk injury.
