#allthefunthingsarehard . Fabulous morning once again with the @runthroughuk community and my twinny @jo_jo_runs ❤️ . Warming up happened, though the first 2/3 km still had me with the odd surprise tightening of ones leggy. Though the rest of the run was good, kept at a pace that allowed me to actually sustain running instead of initiating a pain meltdown. So good, I’m learning! And Jo is also bossy ???? . So 10km done, it was a toughie for me in a number of ways, glad I did it and that it’s done ✅ . Brunch was then had and now I’m celebrating with my book in bed ???? SO ROCK N ROLL ???? .
