My second @runthroughuk event of the year. So local I couldn’t not. Such a tough one with all those hills but a great accomplishment when it’s done. NUMBER 8

10k to start the day! . I am so proud of everyone that took part. For the 3 of us we were all around our goal times, yes it was hard but we kept going. Training for us was not what it should have been due to other commitments so we are very happy with how we done. I managed to beat my goal of 1 hour, my official time was 55mins 40secs. This, I know, isn’t the best I could do, but its as good as I could have done today so I am happy! . One of this signs on the race said ‘Don’t worry about the speed, forwards is forwards’ which is so true! Unless you are a runner and race, the achievement is what you make it.
