Amazing @runthroughuk 5k with @ktyler244 and @gilltyler9321! … After a really stuttering summer of training I was super chuffed to get 19:25 at a distance that I’m not as used to racing. Have to say I prefer the longer slower running, but there’s definitely an appeal to faster efforts that are over significantly quicker!
