Hands up who’s ready to run a marathon this weekend! ? . Proof, if proof were needed, that I’m all about the bling … the London Marathon team release pictures of their medal design for the year and just like that, I’m excited. I’m all in and raring to go. . . Combine that with a great time at the expo yesterday, a good run last night and my final sports massage this morning and I reckon I’ve got this. . . Anyone else having a last minute moment of confidence??

CHASED THE SUN… BAGGED AN ACCIDENTAL 10k PB ? ??‍♀️.
