Day 116: 5km PB alert of 00:22:50 – so I have been planning this PB from last week. I had a strategy in mind to pace 4.45mins per km to achieve my PB. Pleased to say it went even better then that and smashed my PB by 1min 10secs. Felt good today and powered through to the finish line. Good to see @run_coxy_run after so long. Good luck with your exam next week. A montage from yesterday’s @runthroughuk ‘s #chasethesun event in Clapham Common. So many familiar faces out there it was great. The run though … a bit of a shanbles … i felt shattered and not up for it so capped it at 5k… After last week a little disappointing but we live on!
