??‍♂️ First Chase The Moon of the year. First run in about 2 weeks. Tonight was just about completing the distance, Albeit it we as only 5km, it crazy what a couple of weeks off can do to fitness (even just mentally) Completed in 28:11, a slow run which was the aim. I didn't struggle but felt It was harder than it should of been, earning myself my 90th medal Only aim now is to build up the frequency for next couple of weeks and start looking at a 6 month Marathon Training plan for Brighton. Just goes to show what a good race, good company and a little determination can do ??‍♀️??? thank you @runthroughuk for letting this lil night owl be in her absolute element! ??. . I’d be lying if I thought I had that in me tonight. But I really wanted to see what I could push myself to ?? Watch time is 59.40 which is my first ever sub 60 10k. With weaving, etc, my chip time is 1.01.55 – still a PB ???. .
