Race 1 of 2 completed for this weekend! Was a Great morning at my local park with @runthroughuk – not quite a PB, but glad I know I’m still in a sub 37 minutes territory! . . Today is a GREAT day!! New PB in the bag at #Betterseapark with @runthroughuk when I started running properly at the start of this year I never thought I’d get times like these.
