**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

Race Pack Collection

To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Saturday morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.

Your timing chip will be attatched to the bottom of your number, simply tear this off and attach to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back). When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Collection Times:

Half Marathon – 8:30-9:30am
10k & 5k – 9:30-10:30am

SEE ENTRY LIST HERE

Race Start

Within the event village, you will see the directional signage guiding to the start line. Each start area will be marked out to help prepare you all into your start formations with help from the marshals. When arriving please familiarise yourself with the start area.

Toilets

The toilets used for the event will be located in the Grandstand. We advise leaving plenty of time to use the toilet before the race where necessary. If you live locally we recommend using the toilets at home.

During the race

There will be marshals all around the course as well as KM markers for the 5k & 10k race and Mile markers for the half marathon. The course is 1 lap for the 5k, 2 laps for the 10k and 4 laps for the Half. You can see the course map and live course video HERE.

If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.

Refreshments

Please bring your own water to the event to avoid congestion on the course, if you are not able to do so, there will be a water station on route. You will pass this once on the 10k, and three times on the Half Marathon. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

Baggage

We will have an informal baggage drop for this event. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to come along and support runners.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn and Bounce Snack bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

We ask that once you have collected your medal, goodies and water to keep moving through the finish funnel into the event village, to avoid congregation at the finish line.
