Race Numbers

SEE ENTRY LIST HERE

All pre-entries will be assigned a number. To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 5:30pm – 6:45pm on Thursday evening. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you collect your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

You will find instructions on the back of your chip for how to attach it to your shoe correctly (as below):

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect,  show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be toilets on site for you to use, within the stadium.

Refreshments

We recommend bringing your own pre-filled reusable water bottle with you to the event if you would like to take on water during your race. However, we will also have a small water station with water in paper cups if needed during the race. We are limiting the use of single use plastic at the event to align with Etihad Campus’ Sustainability Drive. We will have water available at the finish line for you all to have after your race, alongside your post race goodies!

Good Luck with the run on Thursday from Team ACTIPHACTIPH Water is the UK’s first alkaline ionised bottled water with the highest pH in Europe.
