Race Numbers

SEE ENTRY LIST HERE

All pre-entries will be assigned a number. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 8.30am – 9.10am. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

You will find instructions on the back of your chip for how to attach it to your shoe correctly (as below):

Chip Instructions

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect,  show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

Portaloos will be provided at the Start/Finish area.

Refreshments

There will be a water station located on each lap of the race, and water available at the finish. We have also ordered some bananas and flapjacks so you can grab a complimentary piece when you finish.

During the race

We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows. The course will be 3 laps along the paths within the grounds of Alexandra Palace Park. Please stay on the paths at all times, and follow marshal instructions during the race. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.

Things to note!

There WILL be pedestrians, please be aware of people, cyclists and dogs. We have marshals and signage around the course but this is not a road race, you have to pay very close attention to where you are going.
