10k Run Nottingham

The minimum age for our 10k runs is 15 years old. For our 5k runs, the minimum age is 11 years old, and the minimum age for our half marathon events is 17 years old.

We host Nottingham 10k runs at Nottingham Racecourse, which is about 15 minutes from Nottingham City Centre and Nottingham University campus. 

We have on-the-ground support people in place at every one of our races, as well as hydration stations to ensure you can perform to the best of your ability. Entry into a race will offer you chip timed results, official event photos, post race goodies (including bottled water) and a unique themed medal. In most cases, you can choose your running distance on race day. Each mile is marked out with distance flags so you can keep track of your progress. You can expect plenty of excitement once you make your big finish!

The best way to enter multiple people into a race is to put through separate transactions for entry for each runner. Most of our races offer various distances, so the whole family can take part even if some runners want to tackle 5k, some 10k, or others the half marathon.

Yes, we have a baggage store at our races in Nottingham. Alternatively, you can leave your belongings in your car or have one of your spectating family members hold your personal items.

We have hydration stations and bottled water at the finish line, but it’s a good idea to bring your own water too, to ensure you keep up your water intake. You will receive all your race information via email so ensure you have that on hand, but otherwise you will collect your race pack on the day of the event. If you ordered an event shirt along with your entry, make sure you collect it from the race office.
