Locations include Arley Hall in Cheshire and Aintree Racecourse, but check the run calendar for all the different locations coming up, as we host races all over Liverpool.

Yes – though the amount can change from event to event, so check out the individual race pages to find out. The entry fee usually covers refreshments, a themed medal and other post-race goodies. Some other additions may include free official event photos and chip time results. We often partner with charities and other sponsors to bring our best on race day – so that you can do your best!

Yes! We offer RunThrough lightweight T-shirts and RunThrough active socks. Check out the individual race page if you want to get kitted out before your 5k run.

It depends on the event, but in short – yes! If you want to run with a partner or friend but you want to run a short distance and they want to tackle a longer race, you can still take part in the same event. Our run Aintree 5k races also have the option for a 10k or half marathon distance. If your race buddy is taking part in the longer distance, they will just complete more laps than you!

Absolutely! UK 5k runs are a great place to start if you’re new to running. We’re sure that as soon as you cross that finish line, you’ll be addicted!

Some courses are better suited for spectators, so check out the individual event page if you’re unsure. Our Cheshire west races at Arley Hall have the start and finish line easily accessible for spectators, ready to watch and cheer on their family and friends.
