A weekend designed for runners of all abilities to improve their running performance. Our performance weekend is led by the expert coaching team at New Levels Coaching who carefully plan an action packed weekend, for runners of all abilities to enjoy.
Day 1 – The first day is all about running technique and strength. If you’re looking to improve your running technique, run faster or get stronger then this day is for you. You will get to train in World class facilities, accompanied by expert coaches who will observe and provide feedback during every session.
Day 2 – The Sunday will be focussed on endurance physiology and the science behind the sport of running. This will look at things such as, training zones, training intensities, lactate thresholds and much more. You will take part in a physiological test on the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track and our team will analyse your testing data and provide a full physiological report, which will help you to understand how to train smarter and race faster.
Weekend Pass – There is the option to join us for the full weekend, but if you plan on staying overnight PLEASE BOOK YOUR OWN ACCOMMODATION. There are a number of accommodation options at the University or in Loughborough town centre.
