Digital Marketing Manager (Loughborough)



We are looking for someone with a passion for sport to join a young, rapidly growing agency. You will be leading our digital marketing team at our Loughborough office (Canal House), to work on our brands.


In this role you would be responsible for creating and executing our paid and digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for paid ad campaigns, PPC, SEO and oversight of web platforms for RunThrough and its associated brands. You will collaborate with our organic and content marketing team.


The Ideal Candidate will:


  • Have multiple years of digital marketing experience 
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback to drive high performance
  • Be an expert in paid campaigns (including social media, PPC and display) 
  • Be an expert in SEO strategy 
  • Have experience managing multiple web platforms and content 
  • Analyse campaign results and ROI, making recommendations for optimisation and future planning
  • Manage budgets for multiple projects, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Develop strong relationships with key agency partners, managing day-to-day work and ensuring quality deliverables
  • Have a passion for sport – in particular running and/or triathlon
