Start Times:

7:00pm – 10k & 5k

**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

Race Pack Collection

All pre-entries will be assigned a number. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Wednesday evening. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.

Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

We will have queue markers on the floor, so please ensure when queuing you are 2m from another runner.

Collection Times:

5:30 – 6:30pm

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Race Start

After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

Toilets

The Last Drop Cafe toilets will be available for runners to use. If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.

Hygiene Stations

There will be multiple hygiene stations around the event village and start/finish area for all participants to use throughout the event. These will have hand sanitiser, tissue and bins for the disposal of any tissue or litter.

During the race

There will be marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows. The course is two laps for the 5k and 4 laps for the 10k on the roads/paths in the park. You can see the course map HERE.

If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.

Please be mindful during the race of other park users as the Olympic Park is a public space and the race route utilises shared paths.

Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to come and support runners.

Refreshments

There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and water at the finish alongside some post race goodies! We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

BaggageWe will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, all you have to do show you number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal and Kind Snack bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.
